Problem
Formalising and running a micro or small business (MYPE) in Peru means juggling cash flow with spreadsheets and manual bookkeeping, with no room for the kind of financial visibility a larger company takes for granted. Ideatech's 2026 brief asked for a technology proposal that helps MYPEs formalise and stay sustainable.
What I built
Tesorito is an agent-assisted cash-flow and simplified ERP: an agent reads a business's transactions and surfaces what a bookkeeper would flag — upcoming shortfalls, overdue receivables, categorisation that would otherwise take a spreadsheet macro. Built with the LEAD UNI team inside a Turborepo monorepo, TypeScript throughout, Supabase for data and auth.
Architecture
- Turborepo monorepo — shared TypeScript packages across the app.
- Supabase — Postgres, auth, and row-level policies for per-business data.
- An agent layer over the ledger surfaces cash-flow risk instead of requiring the owner to read a spreadsheet.
Evidence
Tesorito's site is offline; the author took it down after the hackathon ended. The evidence is the win itself — 1st place at Ideatech, judged by ESAN, OIM and KOICA, alongside the LEAD UNI team.
